Heavenly food in a lime green school bus – that pretty much sums up The Haven, Ketchum’s premier food truck. Although it’s new to Sun Valley, food trucks have been all the rage in large cities across the country. You know the food is fresh and made with care, because the menu changes daily. Check out The Haven’s Facebook Page to see what’s current. You’ll read something like this: “Curry chicken and couscous wrap with roasted veggies, nuts, provolone, spinach, romaine, and side salad.” The owner’s specialty is gourmet grilled cheese, so comfort food could be in your parking lot!
