Details of participation

The Take Two Nights vacation voucher entitles the recipient to two (2) nights of hotel accommodations at one of the locations described. To be eligible for this voucher, you must be 21 years of age or older.
Reservations may only be made by calling a Take Two Nights Booking Agent at 800.566.8281. All reservations are subject to Take Two Nights’ availability and allotment of rooms.
You must notify us of your dates a minimum of 72 hours prior to your requested arrival date. If you plan on traveling on or near a holiday or special event, a 30 day minimum notice is required prior to your requested travel dates.
After you have called to reserve your dates, you will receive an email confirmation with your check-in instructions. No dates are guaranteed until you have received a hotel confirmation (via email and/or U.S. postal mail) from Take Two Nights.
Please print your email confirmation and bring it as well as two forms of identification (i.e., driver’s license and a major credit card) to your hotel as they must be presented upon check-in.
This vacation voucher provides hotel accommodations for two (2) adults and up to two (2) children. Children must be under the age of 18 and may stay in their parents’ room. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Your travel must be completed by the expiration date, which is 12 months from the date of your purchase. Additional nights can be purchased at the nightly rate.
All accommodations are 3-star or better hotels. Some destinations have limited availability during peak seasons and holidays.
This voucher is valid for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, nightly hotel taxes (approximately $5 - $15/per night), meals, incidentals or any other miscellaneous taxes and booking fees, all of which are the purchasers’ responsibility. Take Two Nights, its affiliates, agents, assignees, licensees, and designees, act only as agents for hotels and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided. Obtaining travel protection is recommended and can be added to your reservation at time of booking. Ask your Booking Agent for additional details.
As a Take Two Nights customer, (a) I hereby expressly consent to receive calls, including autodialed and/or pre-recorded telemarketing calls and text messages, from or on behalf of Take Two Nights and its affiliates, licensees, administrators, and marketing partners at the telephone number(s) I provided regarding my Take Two Nights vacation voucher and their other products and services and (b) I understand that my consent is not a condition of purchase.
All benefits that Take a Getaway offers in the Take 2 / Take 3 Program are conditioned upon you're compliance with the Details of Participation, the Details of Participation described elsewhere throughout Takeagetaway.com. These Details of Participation are subject to change at any time. Unless otherwise stated, the current rules in effect at the time of your travel or request for a benefit or other transaction will govern that transaction. Take a Getaway has the sole right to interpret and apply these Details of Participation. Please check back frequently for program updates or rule changes.
In the event of an unplanned trip interruption, if you cancel your confirmed reservation more than 14 days in advance of your check-in date, then you will be charged for 1 night (including tax). Your confirmed reservation will not be refunded if you cancel 14 days or less in advance of your check-in date, as well as if you are a no show or check out early. To cancel or modify your reservation, please call 800.566.8281.
This offer is not valid for group travel, which is two or more vacation vouchers used concurrently.

This vacation voucher is fully transferrable prior to your hotel reservation. Once you have reserved your hotel stay, this vacation voucher is no longer transferrable.
