Even though you can order lobster or Alaskan king crab, we highly recommend one of the steaks – dry-aged USDA prime cuts from Allen Brothers of Chicago.

The signature dish is the Cowboy Bone-In Rib-Eye, but we don’t see how you could go wrong ordering a filet mignon either. If you still have room after your Sea Salt Crusted Baked Potato and Truffled Cauliflower Gratin, end the night with a Flourless Chocolate Hazelnut Cake. If you’re too stuffed to think about it, a Moulin Rouge cocktail will do.
