AL BIERNAT’S
Dallas, Texas
Overview
Al Biernat’s food is distinguished. The seafood and steaks are paired with the most complimenting of ingredients, and the fine wine makes every outing completely delightful. It’s impossible to pass up a plate of Brioche French Toast with caramelized bananas, black berries and Chambord cream for brunch. Start lunch with smoked duck and rabbit sausage with onion, pimento and Jalapeño. Then devour Bay of Fundy salmon with Israeli couscous, baby arugula, and organic tomato ragù.
Dinner is exquisite. Start with hearts of palm and mixed greens tossed with a hazelnut vinaigrette. If you’re feeling indecisive as you look at the menu, then “Air, Land & Sea” is a tasty solution. It combines quail, buffalo, prawn and scallop in a port wine foie gras sauce. If you’re passionate about seafood, then try the Chilean sea bass, which is paired with lobster risotto and decorated with citrus and basil. A comprehensive dessert and wine menu will keep your palate alive long into the evening.
