Since opening in 1972, the revolving restaurant, set atop downtown’s Hyatt Regency Houston hotel, has impressed diners with unobstructed, 360-degree views of the city. A romantic atmosphere with beautifully plated dishes and views of famous Texan landmarks makes this the perfect place for a date or special occasion.
The cocktails are bursting with flavor, and the Ahi Tuna Ceviche is a great way to start the evening.
